UI Creator improvements

The following UI Creator design enhancements were done:
  • Improvements to positioning behavior.
  • Smoother zoom and canvas interactions.
  • Refinements to selection and outline visuals.
  • Fixed issues with scaling, guides, and rotation.
These updates aim to make UI editing more precise and intuitive.

Access messaging update

Updated the messaging shown when users attempt to open drafts they don't have access to, including cases where they lack the required permissions or license.

Performance detection

Unity Studio now detects low performance and notifies you when performance drops significantly below expectations.
  • When the system's average FPS drops below the set limit, an info popup appears with a link to troubleshooting documentation.

Bug fixes

  • Fixed an issue where asset rotation values in the Inspector were not correctly restored after exiting animation mode, causing unexpected rotation changes.
  • Prevented importing unsupported PSD files, which previously caused null reference errors during import.
  • Fixed a bug where some GLB assets lost their color changes after exiting Play mode.
  • Added an info tooltip in the Material Inspector's color picker that appears if you try to use transparent colors on a Material that has Surface set to Opaque. The tooltip prompts you to switch the Material's surface type so that transparency shows on the object.
  • Resolved flickering issues with transparent materials when switching between glTF PBR and Standard shaders.
  • Fixed an issue where using Shift-select during tutorials would close the Inspector.
