You can share your project via a link, but access depends on the user's organization membership, seats, and permissions.
1

Ensure the user has the correct setup to access your draft.

Make sure the user you share the link with:
  • Belongs to the same organization where you created the draft.
  • Has an Industry seat if your organization is an Industry org during the beta.
  • Has the correct permissions to access the draft:

Share your draft via link.

To collaborate on a project, you can share your draft internally with your organization:
  1. Make sure you created your draft within your organization's workspace. You can't share drafts from your personal organization.
  2. Copy the URL link of your draft from the browser address bar.
  3. Share the link with others in your organization.

Grant draft access to members of your organization

An organization or project manager/owner needs to grant other users permission before they can access the draft. They can also choose the scope of access for different users: For full details on user types, roles, and permissions in Asset Manager, refer to the Unity Cloud documentation.

Allow access to a specific project

To grant permission for a user in your organization to access a project:
  1. Open the Unity Dashboard.
  2. In the sidebar, go to Projects and select the relevant project.
  3. Select the Members tab.
  4. Find the member you want to edit, then select Manage roles (...) > Edit roles in project.
  5. Set Asset Manager to Asset Manager Contributor and click Save.
The user's Roles column updates and they now have access to the chosen project.

Allow access to multiple projects across the organization

To give a user access to multiple projects across the organization:
  1. Open the Unity Dashboard.
  2. Check that your organization's name appears in the top-right. If the wrong organization shows:
  • Select the organization name.
  • Choose Switch organization and select your organization.
  1. In the sidebar, select Administration > Members. The Organization members window opens.
  2. Search for the member you want to edit and select Manage roles (...) > Edit roles in organization.
  3. Set Asset Manager to Asset Manager Admin and click Save.
The user's Roles column updates and they now have access to projects within the organization.
