Review automation details and assign an automation bot.

Review automation is the final step of the Automation configuration wizard. This step is required for both Schedule-based automation and Event-based automation.

Automation name

By default, the automation name field describes how the automation is triggered, for example, the schedule details or event name, and the name of the pipeline it runs. You can use the automation name to easily identify an automation on the Automations page. You can also customize the name.

Automation bot

Only an Organization Owner can create an Automation bot (bot). Organization Managers can modify the roles and permissions for a service account associated with an existing bot. If you delete the service account associated with a bot, the automation stops working. To assign a bot:
  1. In the Review automation step of the configuration wizard, select the Automation bot field.
  2. Select a bot with the required permissions.
If no bots are available, you must create one. To create an bot:
  1. Select + Create bot.
  2. Enter the Name and Description for the bot.
  3. Select Save.
Your bot is created. You can now complete the automation setup.
