Delete a pipeline

Delete a pipeline permanently.

Warning
Pipeline deletion is permanent.
Note
Before you delete a pipeline, make sure you don't have production integrations using it via the Automation API, such as, integration with your PLM software.

Prerequisites

  • You can't delete a pipeline if automations are running it. Delete all associated automations before deleting the pipeline.
  • Only users with the Automation Developer role can delete a pipeline. Contact your Organization Owner to assign you the role.

Delete a pipeline

To delete a pipeline:
  1. Sign in to your Unity Cloud account.
  2. On the navigation bar of the Unity Dashboard, select Pipeline Automation > Pipelines.
  3. Select the more (⋮) menu for the pipeline you want to delete.
  4. Select Delete pipeline. A warning dialog opens.
  5. Select Remove to confirm the deletion.
The pipeline is now permanently deleted.
