Create a project
Projects are the root of all assets uploaded to the Asset Manager. They act as a home for all assets and files, and control who has access to these assets and what role they have.

Cloud projects are shared across Unity Cloud services. To use Asset Manager, you need to enable it on an existing Cloud project. The steps below describe how to create or enable an Asset Manager project. Read more about creating a Unity Cloud project.
Create a project as a first time user
To create an Asset Manager project as a first time user, follow these steps:- Make sure you an are Organization or
Owner
.Manager
- In Asset Manager, select Create project.
- Enter a project name.
- Select Create project.
Create a Project as an existing user
To create an Asset Manager project as as an existing user, follow these steps:- Make sure you an are Organization Owner or Manager.
- In Asset Manager, select Add > New project.
- Enter a project name.
- Select Create project.
Automatic cloud project enablement
Your cloud projects are automatically enabled in Asset Manager. If your cloud project doesn’t open automatically, contact your organization owner or manager to enable it. To identify your organization owner or manager, follow these steps:- On the navigation bar of the Unity Cloud dashboard, select Projects. A list of cloud projects in your organization appears.
- Select the project you want.
- Select Members.
Enable an existing Cloud project as an Asset Manger project
To connect an existing Cloud project to Asset Manager.- Make sure you an are Organization Owner or Manager.
- In Asset Manager, select Add > New project.
- Select Enable project.
- Choose a Cloud project.
- Select Add project.
- In Asset Manager, select Manage Projects.
- Select the Enable projects tab.
- Select a Cloud project.
- Select Enable.
