Restore assets

Restore assets using the Trash feature.

You can send assets to Trash and restore them within 30 days before permanent deletion.

Prerequisites

You must have the Contributor role in a project to restore assets from Trash.

Restore assets from Trash

Restore assets to a single project

To restore assets from a single project, follow these steps:
  1. In Asset Manager web, on the left navigation panel, select Trash.
  2. Select the assets you want to restore.
  3. In the top menu bar, select Restore or select the restore icon next to the asset.
Your assets are restored to the project from where they were deleted.

Restore assets to multiple projects

To restore assets from multiple, follow these steps:
  1. In Asset Manager web, on the left navigation panel, select Trash.
  2. Select the assets you want to restore.
  3. In the top menu bar, select Restore or select the restore icon next to the asset. The project selection dialog opens.
  4. Select the projects you want to restore the asset to.
  5. Select Restore.
Your assets are restored to the selected projects from where they were deleted.
Note
Assets deleted from a collection are restored to the same collection in the project.
