Review the account data that Unity stores for your account

Monitor the data that are associated with the applications that can access your account.

Before requesting an account data report, you must grant applications access to your account data.

Important

You can request a data report only once every 6 months.

Request an account data report

To request a data report, follow these steps:

In the Unity Dashboard, select your profile picture, and then select Account.
Go to Privacy.
Select Request data for the application for which you want a data report.
Select Request personal information.
To confirm your request, select Request personal information.

When the data report is available, Unity sends you an email notification.

Note

It may take up to 30 days for Unity to generate your data report.

To download a data report, follow these steps:

In the Unity Dashboard, select your profile picture, and then select Account.
Go to Privacy.
Select Request data for the application for which you want to download a data report.

The report history shows the list of all the data reports that Unity has already generated at your request.
Select Download PDF next to the report that you want to download.
Open the PDF file and review your data.
