Smart views let you save a combination of filters and sorting preferences into a single view. To create a smart view:
  1. Add one or more filters to your asset view.
  2. Below the search bar on the top right side, select Save smart view. This creates a smart view entry that you can access from the left navigation panel. You can also access the entry from the smart view dropdown, located below the search bar.
Smart views are personal to each user and aren’t shared across an organization. However, after saving a smart view, you can copy its link and share it with anyone who has access to your organization's assets. They can then save the smart view with a name of their choice.
You can rename, update, or delete a smart view at any time.
