We are winding down our direct support for the Unity Multiplay Game Server Hosting Service. Unity will support the Multiplay Game Server Hosting Service through March 31, 2026. To ensure continuity for live titles, we are licensing our Multiplay Game Server Hosting software to Rocket Science Group. Learn more about them here.
- If you're using the Unity Engine to develop your game:
- For Unity 2022 LTS and later, refer to the Multiplayer Services SDK.
- For earlier versions of Unity, refer to the Multiplay Hosting SDK for Unity.
NoteFor most users, the unified Multiplayer Services package replaces the Multiplay Hosting standalone package, which is deprecated in Unity 6. Consider migrating to the unified package to facilitate a smooth transition. Visit the migration guide for a step-by-step transition process. - Refer to Multiplay Hosting SDK for Unreal Engine if you’re using Unreal Engine to develop your game.
