Set up integrations
As an administrator, you can create integrations to notify users of certain events.
Slack
UVCS and Slack come together to help you set up notifications to your team’s Slack channel.
To create a new Slack integration:
- From the Organization settings page, go to the Integrations tab.
- Select Slack.
- Select New integration > Configure with Bot.
- Add the name of the trigger.
- Add the Bot Auth Token. For more information, see Connect UVCS and Slack.
- Add the Slack channel name where you want the trigger to go. Note: If you change the name of your Slack channel, you’ll have to change it on the Integrations page too. Otherwise, the integration won’t work.

- Add filters you want to trigger events for.
- Select Save and close.
