Start a Hybrid ROAS campaign

Use the following instructions to set up your Hybrid ROAS campaign in the Unity Ads User Acquisition dashboard.

Prerequisites

To run a Hybrid ROAS campaign, ensure that you meet the following eligibility requirements:

Run a live campaign that generates installs for at least 10 days Generate at least 200 Unity-attributed installs

The installs must be matured D7 installs from the last 28 days. Installs reach D7 maturity in nine days.
Post-install event data

Use an MMP to pass purchase event data for at least 10 Unity-attributed paying users.

The purchase events must be matured D7 purchases from the last 28 days. Purchase events reach D7 maturity in nine days.

Start a Hybrid campaign

Use the following steps to set up a Hybrid ROAS campaign in the User Acquisition dashboard:

  1. Go to Apps from the secondary navigation menu.
  2. Select the app you want to advertise to open the Campaigns page.
  3. Select Create to configure a new campaign.
  4. In the Create a campaign dialog, select Return on Ad Spend as your campaign type.
  5. Select Next to choose your optimization type.
  6. Select Hybrid as your optimization.
  7. Select Next to save your selections and name your campaign.
  8. In the Countries & Targets section of the campaign setup, select Add to choose which countries your campaign will target.
  9. Select Adjust to edit the settings for each country in your campaign.
  10. In the D7 ROAS target column for each country, enter your ROAS target, the percent of your bid you want to generate in IAP revenue.
  1. Select Save to keep your changes.
