Server-side recording

Server-side recording (SSR) is an optional paid Vivox service that can help you to manage the health and safety of the voice communications in your player community.

SSR provides customer service representatives with a workflow for capturing and reviewing conversations that occur on the Vivox platform where potentially unwanted behavior is either reported or detected.
