Overview and community health
The Moderation platform monitors various metrics related to the usage of Safe Voice and Safe Text, as well as the health of the community.
The Moderation metrics dashboard is on the Overview page of Safe Voice & Safe Text, under Vivox on the Unity Cloud Dashboard.
Overview dashboard
On the Overview dashboard page, users can inspect metrics related to Moderation, Voice, and the System.
Moderation
The following metrics are available on the Moderation tab:
- Total active sanctions
- Active block from communication sanctions
- Active ban from game sanctions
- Incident reports by category
- Incidents received
- All incidents
- Incident reports by severity
- Average incident resolution time
- Communication bans by duration
- Game bans by duration
- Sanction revokes by report category
- Sanction revokes by types
- Top 10 most reported players
You can also view high risks incidents that haven't been actioned by moderators in the Action center on this page.
These metrics can be viewed for the last 7, 15 or 30 days.
Voice
The following metrics are available on the Voice tab:
- Total sessions: The number of sessions that were processed.
- Sessions with Toxic Speech: The number of sessions that contained
Toxic Speech
. - Sessions with Audio Disruption: The number of sessions that contained
Audio Disruption
. - Daily average session scores: The daily average of each score.
- Toxicity presence in player tracks: A breakdown of the toxicity detected by each track.
- Toxic moments detected: A breakdown of the toxic moments detected by the tags that each moment contains.
- Toxicity distribution across player reports: A breakdown of the toxicity severity for each type of session.
- Toxicity across vocal traits: A breakdown of the toxicity produced by individuals with a certain vocal trait.
- Players by Vocal Traits: A breakdown of the number of players by vocal trait.
These metrics can be viewed for the last 7, 15 or 30 days.
System
From the Community Health dashboard users can inspect metrics related to the health of their community.
- Sessions: The number of sessions that were processed.
- Hours processed: The number of hours of processed audio.
- Screenings
- Failed screenings
These metrics can be viewed for the last 7, 15 or 30 days.
