In-game moderation
The Unity Moderation Platform makes toxicity management accessible, impactful, and insightful by providing you with the tools you need to grow and maintain healthy communities within your games.
By using the Moderation SDK for Unreal Engine you can record voice and text conversation as evidence to support player reports. These reports are then made available within the Unity Dashboard for review and actioning.
Vivox Safe Voice
Vivox Safe Voice is an AI-based voice analytics service that:
- Records player voice communications.
- Provides users with the recording and its analysis, to support customer moderation.
Recordings provide additional context to moderation teams around this currently undersupported aspect of communications. When a user identifies an incident, they can report a player; Safe Voice then records the event and returns an analysis of the recording. This analysis generates recorded evidence for the support team to review and use in decision-making. This evidence helps teams prioritize incidents and identify whether the user violated policies.
Using Safe Voice with the Vivox Unreal API requires the use of the Safe Voice Consent API.
