Reset model placement#

Use this procedure to redo model placement without manually reloading the model. You may want to do this to revert any alignment changes you made since initially placing the model, or to use a different alignment point or marker as your starting point.

1. If the Align menu is open, tap Done to close it.
   

2. Tap the Reset button (above the Align menu button).
   

3. Tap Yes to confirm.

4. The Select placement option pop-up appears.

   Select an option and then tap Confirm.

5. Follow the steps to place the model for the option you selected:

   • Place a model using an AR marker. Placement using an AR marker created in the VisualLive plug-in.
   • Two Points. Placement using reference points created in the VisualLive plug-in.
   • Anchor search. Placement using an anchor lock previously saved in the model.
