Support

To contact VisualLive support:

  1. Go to https://app.visuallive.com/.

  2. Enter your credentials and sign in.

  3. Click Help located on the top right corner. Contact Help dialog box opens.

  4. You can reach out to theVisualLive team using any of the below options:

Schedule a meeting
  • You will be redirected to a scheduling page on Calendly.com

  • Click Technical Questions. A calendar view opens.

  • Select any available date (highlighted in blue). Available time slots appear on the right.

  • Select any available time slot.

  • Click Confirm.

  • Enter your details.

  • You can add guests to the meeting by adding their email(s).

  • Click Schedule Event.

  • Your meeting is confirmed and you will receive the invitation with the web conferencing details by email.

  • You will be redirected to a form.

  • Enter your details.

  • Click Send.

  • A member from the Sales team will reach out to you.
