Scan additional AR markers

Prerequisites:

  • The model is loaded in AR mode.
  • AR markers created in the VisualLive plug-in exist in the model.

Use this method to bring a model into alignment wherever AR markers exist in the model.

  1. In AR mode, move to a printed AR marker.

  2. Tap the Scan icon (beside the Load icon).

  3. Scan the AR marker.

    For accurate placement:

    • Your camera must be within one foot of the marker.
    • Scan the paper marker on the site from the front and the side to make sure the virtual compass is fully aligned. Any slight skewing will impact the model more as you move further from the alignment location.

  4. Tap Place Model.

The model moves into alignment. The marker in the model is visible and aligned with the marker on the site.
