Pricing and fair usage
Access to Push Notifications is included with Unity Analytics. Unity Analytics is a premium service and you can learn more about pricing here.
There are fair usage limits associated with Push Notifications. Specifically, we ask that you try to keep usage below 10 notifications per month per MAU. For example, if you have 100K active players per month in your game the upper limit of fair usage would be 1M notifications per month. You can find some other examples below:

If you exceed the fair usage limits we will reach out to you to learn more about your use case and ensure everything is configured correctly. If you exceed on a regular basis a surcharge might be applied for the usage. The surcharge is reflected on your monthly bill and these fair usage limits reset at the beginning of each calendar month.
