Asset Action menu reference
Explore the actions available in the Asset Action menu to manage and organize your assets.

Use the Asset Action menu to access common actions for managing your assets. From this menu, you can link assets to other projects or collections, download files and metadata, make updates, and organize or remove assets.
To open the Asset Action menu:
- Go to an asset.
- In the upper-right corner of the asset, select the More (...) menu or you can right-click on the asset.
The Asset Action menu opens.
Menu actions
The Asset Action menu contains the following actions:
Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Link | Link the asset to other projects or collections. |
| Download | Download the asset files to your local device. |
| Edit files | View or modify the asset's files. |
| Copy link | Copy a direct link to the asset. |
| Open in new tab | Open the asset in a new browser tab. |
| Download metadata | Download the asset metadata to your local device. |
| Move | Move the asset to a different project or collection. |
| Remove from collection | Move this asset from the current collection to the project level, outside all collections in that specific project. |
| Delete | Move the asset to Trash. It's permanently deleted after 30 days. |
