Unity Pipeline Automation is currently in a beta release. The features and documentation might change between now and the next release.
Pipeline Automation is a tool that helps you to create, trigger, and monitor pipelines using services and technology made with Unity or key third parties. Use it to create custom and accessible pipelines in your organization that unlock new possibilities with RT3D technology such as Unity Asset Transformer, Unity Asset Manager, and more. You can also configure pipelines to run automatically when important events or conditions occur during development. Pipeline Automation helps you with the following:
- Eliminate repetitive tasks such as manual configuration, data formatting, and notification.
- Scale your workload and offload asset transformation and other compute-intensive tasks to the cloud without slowing down your team.
- Democratize access to pipelines that typically require special licenses or hardware.
- Improve data integrity and reliability by removing opportunities for human error during creation.
