Resolve incidents by taking actions and documenting moderation decisions.

Resolve an incident
Safety Moderators and Admins can resolve incidents from the incident report page regardless of whether they responded to the incident with an action or not. To resolve an incident:- In the Unity Dashboard, go to Development > Products.
- Select Vivox Voice and Text Chat.
- Select Safe Text > Moderation queue.
- Select the incident by ID.
- Select Take action next to the assignee.
- In the Resolution tab:
- Select the action type and duration to apply to the Offender.
- Optionally, you can create additional actions to apply.
- Optionally, you can take an action against the reporter or any other player.
- If you don't want to apply actions against the reporter, remove the player by clicking the remove player icon next to their name.
- In the Resolution tab:

- Select Resolve.
