Review text sessions

Review in-game text conversations between players to help take action against toxic behavior in your game.

Text sessions are the collection of messages sent between players within a game session. Safe Text collects these sessions and connects them to incidents within player reports.

Where to find text sessions

  1. Open the Unity Dashboard
  2. Select Vivox from the navigation list.
  3. Select Moderation queue or Text channels beneath Safe Text.
  4. Select the Incident ID you want to review.
  5. Under Evidence select the Text sessions tab.
  6. Select the Session ID to review.
Only Safety Moderators and Safety Admins have access to text sessions. Refer to User roles for more information on assigning roles to users.
Note
Text evidence management populates the Text channels panel.
