Model Tune
Access Model Tune from the Model Tools window (Model Tools > Model Tune).
In the image above, the Move tab is open. For a description of the slider, the Increment fields, the Lock Position button, and the Reset button, see Move.
The Model Tune window includes the following features, accessed from the tabs on the left of the window:
Feature | Description |
---|---|
Move tab | Move the model by dragging a gizmo or move in increments along the X, Y, or Z axes. See Move. |
Rotate tab | Rotate the model by dragging a gizmo, or rotate in increments around the X, Y, or Z axes. See Rotate. |
Scale tab | Change the size of the model relative to the site. See Scale. |
Floors | A list of horizontal surfaces in the model. Used to align the floor of the model with the floor of the site. See Floors. |
Reset All | Airtap to revert any changes made in the Model Tune tabs. The model reverts to its initial loaded position, rotation, and scale before any anchor locks were placed in the model. Explanation: Anchor locks are not active when Model Tools are open. This reset is active only as long as Model Tools is open. If you close the window without saving an anchor lock, the model returns to its last saved alignment and scale as the locks activate. |
Note: The Move, Rotate, Scale, and Floors tabs each contain a Reset button. For each of these tabs, the reset button reverts only the changes made on that specific tab since Model Tools was opened.
