Log in to the Hololens app
To log in, you must have a VisualLive account.
Log in to the Hololens app by typing your username and password. If the VisualLive portal is open on another device, scan a QR code on the portal to automatically log in.
About profiles
When you log in, you have the option of saving your profile to the device.
A user with a profile can log in without entering their credentials. This can make sharing devices less tedious and allows for the app to be used when not connected to Wi-Fi. To work in offline mode, see Work offline.
Log in with your username and password
To log in with your VisualLive credentials:
On the Login page, enter your username and password.
Username: use the email address associated with your VisualLive account.
Password: the password you created for your VisualLive account
Select Remember Me to save your profile to the device.
Tap Login.
Log in with the QR code
You can use this method if you are logged into the VisualLive web portal on a different device.
Go to the web portal (https://app.visuallive.com/).
Log in to your account.
Click or tap QR Sign In.
A QR code appears on a pop-up window.
To save your profile to the device, select Remember Me on the Login page of the Hololens app.
Tap QR sign-in.
Scan the QR code displayed on the web portal to log in.
**Note: **You cannot log in to the VisualLive app by scanning the QR code for a marker
(VisualLive web portal: My Files > Model Files > filename > Markers).
