**Note: **Download VisualLive only on the device you intend to use it on. The number of devices you can run the app on is tied to your subscription. For more information, see Subscriptions, seats, and devices.

Subscriptions, seats, and devices

A subscription consists of one device seat. One device is permitted per seat. The first time you log in from a device, it is assigned to the seat.

If you want to switch to a different device, you must clear the device from your subscription. Licenses aren't floating and logging out of the VisualLive app on the original device does not clear the device.

To clear a device, go to https://app.visuallive.com/subscriptions. For more information, see User Profile.

Important: A VisualLive account is not the same as a Unity account. Your VisualLive information is not available on your Unity account.
