User profile

After signing in, your profile page opens. You can update or change your details, view account activity log, and view or redeem your subscriptions. To access your profile from a different page, go to Account > Profile.

Update profile details

To update your profile information:

1. Click the edit icon on the top right corner of the user profile table. The Edit Profile form opens.

2. You can change or add information.

3. Click Save on the bottom right corner of the form to save your changes.

Change password

To change your password:

  • Click the edit icon on the top right corner of the user profile box.

  • An edit profile form opens.

  • Click Change Password.

  • Enter your new password and click Update to save your changes.

Manage subscriptions

You can view your subscriptions that are active, expired, expiring soon, and pending.

Note: The Devices column shows you the number of assigned seats or devices/total number of seats available.

Note: One subscription is equal to one device or seat. The first time you log in from a device, it's assigned to a seat.

 

Check devices

Click the toolkit icon to check the details of the device(s) currently assigned to the seats. To delete a device, click on the delete icon .

Clear devices

Click the cross icon to clear or remove all the devices assigned to the seats. You must clear the device from your subscription if you are switching to a different device.
