PURGE EXECUTE

Execute purge operations with the Unity Version Control CLI.

Description

Executes a purge action previously registered.
Warning: Purge actions are irreversible. Once they are executed, you will not be able to load purged revisions anymore—either by switching a workspace or when showing branch or changeset differences. Use this under your own responsibility.
Please ensure you check the file history to confirm which revisions/changesets are not relevant. Do not hesitate to use the 
cm purge show
command prior to the purge execution in order to verify no unexpected revision is selected for its removal.

Usage

cm purge execute <purge_guid> [--server=<server>]

Options

Option / Argument

Description

--serverAllows to specify the server where purge actions will be executed.
purge_guidThe GUID returned by the 
cm purge register
command.

(Executes a purge given its ID).
