Introduction to User Acquisition Transfers
Publishers who want to use their ad revenue payouts to fund their ad campaigns with Unity Ads User Acquisition can initiate User Acquisition Transfers to move these funds.
User Acquisition transfers differ from regular earnings payouts. Transfers might take up to 24 hours to complete. After funds transfer from the publisher account on the Monetization dashboard, they can’t be transferred back.
To access User Acquisition transfers, you need to be an Owner in your organization. Types of transfers
Unity supports two types of User Acquisition Transfers: One-time and Monthly Automatic. Refer to the following table to understand how these transfers differ:

When you set up Monthly Automatic transfers, you can review the next scheduled transfer in the Unity Ads Monetization dashboard > Setup > Finance > Payout History tab. The transfer status displays Processing until the transfer completes. Additionally, a reminder banner displays on the Finance page 24 hours before the transfer date.
Transfer amounts
The minimum amount you can transfer from your Unity Ads revenue payout is $100. If your payout balance is less than $100, User Acquisition transfers are unavailable in the Monetization dashboard.
When you make a single, One-time transfer, you choose a specific dollar amount to transfer. When you set up recurring Monthly Automatic transfers, you assign a percentage of your monthly ad revenue payout. This percentage can be any value between 1% and 100%.
User Acquisition balance
All revenue transfers from your publisher account are directly applied to your User Acquisition organization account balance. This means that your User Acquisition Transfer will apply to any unpaid invoices on your advertising account before depositing in your Organization budget.
You can view your completed transfers in the Finance page of the User Acquisition dashboard. Completed transfers display the Success status and the completion date.
Transfer receipts
When you authorize a User Acquisition Transfer, Unity creates a receipt of the transaction. You’ll receive an email with the receipt automatically when the transfer completes successfully.
You can also access this transfer receipt on the Monetization dashboard > Setup > Finance > User Acquisition Transfers tab. Select the download icon next to the transfer amount to download a PDF of the transfer receipt.
