Introduction to monetization finances
The Setup > Finance page of the Unity Ads Monetization dashboard enables publishers to access all of the revenue and payment information for their account. Monetization finances fall into three categories:
- Receiving payment: Publishers receive payouts for the monthly payouts of their Unity Ads revenue earnings.
- Transferring revenue: Publishers who also use Unity Ads User Acquisition for their advertising campaign can transfer payout funds directly to their advertising account.
- Tax information: Publishers need to create a payout profile and fill out necessary tax forms to receive their ad revenue payouts.

Receiving payment
Publishers receive automated payouts for their Unity Ads earnings every month. Refer to Earnings payouts for details about how your payouts are calculated and paid.
You can view records of your Unity Ads payouts from the dashboard at any time by selecting Finance from the left navigation bar. There are two tabs that provide details about your payout history: Payout History and Invoices. You can review payouts prior to January 2024 in the Archive tab.
Payout History
The Payout History tab shows the status of current and historical payments. You can download your full payout history as a CSV file here.
Invoices
The Invoices tab provides access to all invoices for your Monetization dashboard account. You can also download a PDF copy of your invoices here.
Archive tab
In January 2024, Unity changed payout providers. Because of this change, publisher transactions prior to 2024 are now archived. You can access a history of these transactions in the Archive tab of the Monetization dashboard Finance page. These transactions include payouts, User Acquisition transfers, and earnings.
Transferring revenue
Publishers who also use Unity Ads User Acquisition to run advertising campaigns can transfer ad revenue payouts to their User Acquisition Organization budget. For more information about User Acquisition Transfers, refer to the Transferring revenue documentation.
User Acquisition Transfers
You can view all completed and upcoming revenue transfers from your publisher account to your advertising account in the User Acquisition Transfers tab. You can also download a receipt for each of your completed transfers using the download icon next to the transfer amount.
Refer to the following descriptions of the User Acquisition Transfer statuses:

Tax information
To receive revenue payouts from Unity Ads, you need to provide necessary tax information for our payout provider, Tipalti. For more information about Payout profiles and necessary Tax forms, refer to the Tax information documentation.
Payout profile
The Payout profile tab provides access to the Tipalti payout profile setup.
