Single session groups

Vivox provides the capability for individual audio sessions to share the same capped bandwidth allocation.

Note

All sessions in a single session group use the same capped bandwidth allocation.

When sessions are all in a single session group, the application can use two important audio effects: session focus and transmit control.

Session focus allows one of the sessions in the session group to be heard at the normal volume. The other sessions can still be heard, but at a lower volume.
Transmit control allows a user to transmit audio into a specific session or into all sessions.
