Troubleshooting IAP performance reporting

Session metrics for IAP performance reporting depend on session data collected from the apps that report into your project. When some apps don't collect or share this data, Revenue Performance displays a message and the affected metrics are incomplete or missing.
Incomplete session data
Some apps in your project don't report complete session data, so session metrics are based on partial data.Symptoms
IAP reporting displays the following message: Session data is not completely reported. Session metrics such as Payer Conversion Rate, ARPDAU, and Paying DAU are missing.Cause
Some apps reporting into the project have limited Diagnostic Data support.Resolution
To restore the missing metrics, do one of the following:- Filter out app releases that don't support IAP reporting. For example, exclude releases that aren't on the required versions or don't have Diagnostic Data collection enabled.
- Update all app versions to use supported IAP versions and enable Diagnostic Data collection.
