Integrate with AppsFlyer

Integrating with a mobile measurement partner (MMP) enables you to keep track of installs and receive post-install event postbacks for your ad campaigns.

To successfully integrate Unity with AppsFlyer, you need to complete two tasks in the AppsFlyer dashboard:
Refer to the following instructions to complete these tasks and enable AppsFlyer to send install and post-install event data to Unity.
Prerequisites
To set up Appslfyer to send post-install data to Unity, you must add at least one app to the Unity Ads User Acquisition dashboard.
Activate the Appsflyer integration with Unity
To activate the integration between Unity and Appsflyer, do the following in the Appsflyer dashboard:
Go to Collaborate > Partner Marketplace in the side navigation.
Select Unity from the search field.
Click Set up integration to open the setup configuration.
From the Integration tab, toggle Activate partner on.
In the same tab, go to the General settings section and enter your Unity Game ID in the Unity Ads Game ID field.
Note: You can locate your Game ID at the top of the Campaigns page for your selected app in the User Acquisition dashboard.
Enable partner permissions
To enable the required partner permissions, do the following in the Permissions tab of the AppsFlyer dashboard after activating your integration:
- Turn the Ad network permissions toggle ON.
- In the Allow Unity Ads team members to section, turn the following toggles ON:
- Configure integration
- Configure in-app event postbacks
- Access retention report
- Access aggregate conversions data
- Access aggregate in-app events data
- View validation rules
- Access aggregate revenue data
- Access Protect360 dashboard & raw data
- Access ad revenue raw data (UA signals)
