Issue capturing

VisualLive for HoloLens lets you take screenshots and upload them to your connected cloud services.

Note: For information about connecting to cloud services, see Cloud Authentication.

Send screenshots to Google Drive or OneDrive for Business to bring them into Navisworks as viewpoints. Send them to BIM360 or ProCore as observations, RFIs, or punch lists.

• **Start Capturing:**Turns on the camera for use.

Capture: Takes a picture and begins uploading to the server.

5 Second Delay: Note that there will be a five second delay before the picture is taken, so be sure to face the issue and keep your HoloLens still.

Issue Report: Once the picture is taken, a menu pops up prompting you to save the photo and send it to your connected cloud storage account.

Check the queue

If your menu does not show up after taking the picture, or if the image does not load into your cloud storage, open the View Queue menu. This allows you to see the status of any images that are still in the process of being sent to your cloud storage.
