Attention: Unity Reflect is now deprecated, and will no longer be available from December 2024. Unity no longer provides support for Reflect.

Publishing to Reflect from Navisworks

Unity Reflect is compatible with the following versions of Autodesk Navisworks:

Installation

To install the plug-in, run the Reflect installer and select your version or versions of Navisworks.

Opening Reflect Review

From the Unity Reflect tab in Navisworks, click the Reflect icon.

Syncing

Because of the way Navisworks handles object IDs, real-time syncing is not currently available. This feature may be added in a future release.

Exporting

The Navisworks plug-in offers two options for exporting to Unity.

From the Unity Reflect tab in Navisworks, click Export Document and select either:

  • Export Document to send the entire project to the Reflect server
  • Export Selection to send selected items to the Reflect server

Note: If you experience slow export speeds, Reflect may be experiencing a conflict with your antivirus software. This is a known issue.
