Data Subject Request process
Learn the process for responding to Data Subject Requests from your users.

Because you own your diagnostic data, you're responsible for actioning any user Data Subject Requests that you receive. Users can submit Data Subject Requests for any of the following:
- Access to the diagnostic data associated with their installation ID
- Information about how their diagnostic data is processed, used, and stored
- Deletion of their diagnostic data
注意
To access or delete diagnostic data, you must have one of the following roles:
- Organization Owner or Manager
- Project Owner or Manager

Responding to Data Subject Requests involving diagnostic data follows this process:
- The user contacts you with a request to access or delete their diagnostic data.
- You request the user's installation ID.
- The user sends back their installation ID.
- You submit the Data Subject Request on the user's behalf through either the Unity Dashboard or customer support.
