Maintenance support as outlined in the terms of service ends either May 1, 2024 or one year after purchase; with no new features added and only minor bug fixes supported.

Log in and connect to cloud services

Before you can launch the VisualLive plug-in, you must have a model and 3D view open in Navisworks or Revit.

Log in to the VisualLive plug-in

To log in to the plug-in from Navisworks or Revit:

  1. Open a model and select a 3D view.

  2. From the VisualLive plug-in toolbar, click the VisualLive button.

  3. At the bottom of the plug-in window, click Login and enter your VisualLive credentials.

Connect to cloud services

If you have a VisualLive Pro license, you can connect to any of the following cloud services:

  • Google Drive
  • OneDrive for Business
  • BIM 360
  • ProCore

To add or change a cloud service:

  1. In the VisualLive plug-in, click Account Settings and re-enter your password.

  2. Select your cloud service and log in from the VisualLive web portal.

To set your primary cloud service to either Google Drive or OneDrive, click Make Primary.

Log in to VisualLive from mobile and HoloLens devices

The VisualLive plug-in generates a QR code that lets you easily log in to VisualLive on mobile and HoloLens devices.

To log in to VisualLive on your device:

  1. In the VisualLive plug-in, click Account Settings and re-enter your password.

  2. Use the camera on your mobile device to scan the on-screen QR code.
