Identify and resolve common Offerwall setup issues such as test offer failures and display issues. When you set up Offerwall in the Tapjoy Offerwall monetization dashboard, you might encounter some common dashboard configuration errors. This troubleshooting guide doesn't apply to the Offerwall SDK setup. For SDK integration information, refer to appropriate platform-specific guide:
Test offer not received
You set up a test device during your Content card setup, but you didn't receive a test offer.Resolution
To receive a test offer, ensure that you entered the test device Advertising ID by doing the following in the Monetization dashboard:- Go to Organization > Test device management in the left-side navigation.
- Select the appropriate test device from the list.
- Select the edit pencil icon next to the appropriate device from the list of Test devices.
- In the Add test device dialog, enter the Advertising ID the Advertising or test ID field. For help locating the Advertising ID, refer to the following platform-specific Testing guides:
- Select Add to save your changes.
Offerwall doesn't display
You configured a Content card in the Monetization dashboard, but it doesn't display in your app.Resolution
To troubleshoot Offerwall display issues, ensure your meet the following requirements:- The placement names within the app code and dashboard are an exact match.
- Initialize the Tapjoy SDK.
- You have a strong internet connection.
