Manage product access
Assign or revoke seats on your Unity products and assets.

Assets you purchase in the Asset Store are listed in the My Products > Assets page.
To be able to use an asset, users must have a seat. Each seat grants one organization member access to that product. Assign or revoke seats to manage access to assets.
Assign a seat
To assign a seat on a product or asset, follow these steps:
- In the Unity Dashboard, open the Account menu and select Manage organization.
- In the Administration menu, select My Products > Assets.
- Select the product or asset.
- In the Seats section of the asset page, select a user from the organization and select Assign seat.
The selected user can now use the asset you've granted them access to.
Revoke a seat
To revoke a seat on a product or asset, follow these steps:
- In the Unity Dashboard, open the Account menu and select Manage organization.
- In the Administration menu, select My Products > Assets.
- Select the product or asset.
- Find the member whose seat you want to revoke, then select Revoke seat.
The selected user can no longer use the asset you've revoked access from. You can now re-assign this seat to another user.
