Unity provides features to create, customize, host, and publish a webshop for your game. A webshop is a web storefront where players can purchase products for your game. In the Unity Dashboard, you can manage your webshop, connect it to your existing In-App Purchasing (IAP) catalog and payment provider, and connect your commerce data. Changes to your catalog, pricing, and promotions appear in your webshop immediately.
Players can open the webshop from your game in a browser or from other places, such as Discord channels or your website. When they complete their purchase, they return to the game with their items ready to use.
Note
Unity doesn't charge a fee to use IAP with a payment provider, including webshop purchases. Each payment provider sets its own transaction fees, which you negotiate directly with the provider. For more information, refer to Catalog and payments in webshops.
