The Moderation platform monitors various metrics related to the usage Safe Text. The Moderation metrics dashboard is on the Overview page of Safe Text, under Vivox on the Unity Dashboard. On the Overview dashboard page, users can inspect metrics related to Moderation.
Available metrics
The following metrics are available on the Moderation tab:- Total active sanctions
- Active block from communication sanctions
- Active ban from game sanctions
- Incident reports by category
- Incidents received
- All incidents
- Incident reports by severity
- Average incident resolution time
- Communication bans by duration
- Game bans by duration
- Sanction revokes by report category
- Sanction revokes by types
- Top 10 most reported players
