Upgrade or cancel your DevOps plan

Manage your DevOps plan to either upgrade to a paid version or cancel your subscription.

If you exceed the DevOps usage allotted in the free plan, you can upgrade your DevOps plan to a consumption-based pricing billing model. If you upgrade your pricing billing model, you only pay for what you use. DevOps sends you a bill at the end of each billing cycle with a sum of your Unity DevOps charges. For the specific pricing model, refer to the official pricing page. Use the consumption examples to preview how much DevOps costs for different project sizes.

Upgrade plan

To upgrade your plan from the free plan to a consumption-based pricing billing model:
  1. In the Unity Dashboard, go to Development > Products.
  2. Select DevOps.
  3. Select the Upgrade plan button.
  4. Enter your organization details and address.
  5. Add your card details and select Place order.
Your first bill is $0. This bill commits you to automatically pay, at the end of the month, for any usage that exceeds the allotted free plan amounts.

Cancel your DevOps subscription

To remove your Unity DevOps subscription:
  1. In the Unity Dashboard, go to Development > Products.
  2. Select DevOps.
  3. Select Help & Support.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Remove subscription.
  5. Select the reason for removal from the list, and select Next.
  6. Select Remove subscription.
