You define in the Unity Dashboard which Developer Data Unity collects for your app and for which purposes. These data collection and usage settings are separate from your diagnostic data collection settings, which you define in the Unity Editor.
To configure your Developer Data settings in the Dashboard, follow these steps:
- In the Unity Dashboard, open your project and select Settings.
- Next to the Developer Data field, select Edit (pencil icon).
- In the Developer Data Collection section, select Manage.
- On the Collection Settings tab, choose which Developer Data Unity can collect on your behalf.
- Select Save.
- Select Next.
- On the Usage Settings tab, choose how Unity can use your data.
- Select Next.
- Read any additional terms related to your chosen usage settings.
- Select Confirm.
- Select Next.
- Select Save.
Your app is now configured according to your chosen data collection and usage settings. Any configuration changes you make are automatically synchronized to your published games, with no new build required.
