Use Player Management to find players in your project and manage their data across supported services. Each player has a details page that brings together identity information, which applies to your whole project, and player data by service, which applies to one environment at a time.
Identity
Identity information describes who a player is. It includes the player ID, the player name, the sign-up and last-login dates, and the linked sign-in providers.
Identity information applies to your whole project and doesn't change when you select a different environment. The player name is the exception: it's stored per environment, so it shows the name from the environment you select.
Player data by service
Player Management displays player data by service, with dedicated tabs for individual services. To view player data on a tab, you must have the required permissions for the associated service and the player must have data with that service.
Anyone with the Manager or Owner role can view data across all tabs. Anyone with the User role can view State, Progression, Access, and Logs data. To view Moderation data as a User, you need the Safety Admin or Safety Moderator roles. To view purchases in the Economy tab, you need the Revenue Reporting Viewer role.
The following table lists each tab and the services that provide its data.
Tab | Service |
|---|---|
| State | Cloud Save |
| Progression | Leaderboards |
| Economy | Economy and In-App Purchasing |
| Moderation | Safe Text and Moderation |
| Access | Access Control |
| Logs | Logs from Unity services |
Player data by service applies to one environment at a time. The tabs display data from the environment that you select. You can change environments using the switcher on the right of the tab bar in Player Details.
