To monetize and promote your apps with Unity LevelPlay, you'll need to add your apps to your account.

Add an app to your account

  1. Sign in to your LevelPlay account.
  2. In the upper right corner of the Dashboard page, select New App.
  3. Set app store availability for your app.
    • If your app is live in the App Store or Google Play, add the URL, then select Import App Info. Your app's name and category will automatically display. Complete any fields with missing information.
    • If your app isn't live in the App Store or Google Play, you can use a temporary app name and update this information later from the Apps page.
  4. Configure your app by using either of the following methods:
    • For a new app configuration, complete the required fields.
    • To clone your COPPA, and ad unit settings (including placements and capping) from an existing app:
      1. Enable the Duplicate setup from another app checkbox.
      2. From the App dropdown menu, select the app to duplicate.
  5. Indicate if your app is directed to children by selecting the option under COPPA and then decide how to comply with CCPA.
  6. Select the ad units to display in your app. For more information, refer to Manage ad units.

Manage your apps

After you've added your app to your account, select Apps in the left navigation menu.
Next to each app you can review the following information:
  • Status: Indicates if the app is live in either the App Store or Google Play Store
  • Active ad units: The number of ad units that the app is monetizing with
  • S2S rewarded callbacks: Indicates whether server-server callbacks for rewarded ad units are on or off
You can also filter your apps to view the following information:
  • Apps that are hidden from your view on the Setup pages
  • Apps that are live in an application store
  • Apps that are designed for iOS or Android

Update and duplicate app settings

To manage your app settings, select the action button at the end of an app's row and then select from the following actions:
  • Edit: Update the app's details that you initially configured. In addition to updating privacy law settings, you can change your app's status in an app store to start monetizing your app:
    1. Select the Live app option.
    2. Add the app store link and then select Sync with App Store.
    3. Select Save App.
  • Duplicate: Copy the configuration of the app to a new app.
  • Hide: Remove the app from the SDK Networks, Ad Units, and Placement pages so you can streamline your workflow. Note that after you hide an app, the app will continue to serve ads and display in your reporting.
  • Edit S2S callback: Update the server-to-server callback settings.
