User management is a tool that supports team collaboration on your ironSource account. You can create a unique user login and profile for anyone who needs access to your ironSource account. For each user, you can assign corresponding privileges that allow different levels of access and control of the account.

Navigate to the User Management module

Administrators on the ironSource platform can invite users to their corporate account.
  1. Sign in to your ironSource account.
  2. In the upper right corner, select your profile menu and then select User Management.

Set up new user profiles

  1. In the upper right corner, select New User.
  2. Enter the name, email/user name, and password of the user who you want to provide ironSource dashboard access for.
  3. Define the user role based on the level of access:
    • Administrator: Can perform all actions and view all settings on the ironSource platform as well as assign user profiles and define user privileges. There must be at least one active administrator user for an account at all times
    • Contributor: Can perform all actions and view all activity on the ironSource platform, unless defined otherwise by the administrator. This user cannot assign or manage user privileges
    • Reader: Can view all pages but cannot perform any actions. This user cannot assign or manage user privileges
    • Tester: A tester cannot view Reports and Finance data. This user can read only Setup section while able to setup test devices
  4. Define the apps that the Contributor, Reader and Tester user roles can access.
  5. Select Save.
A summary of set privileges is available on the main User Management page. If the account is no longer in use, you can archive it to disable login and reactivate it in the future. In addition, on the Application Management page, you'll now see a column of Restricted Users which will show you the apps that have restricted users assigned to it if you select it.
