Account user profiles

Understand the different user roles and permissions available in your LevelPlay account.

There are four different profiles you can assign to users in your LevelPlay account:
  1. Owner: Can perform all actions and view all settings on the LevelPlay platform, as well as create and edit user profiles, and define user privileges. The owner can define which apps are accessible to the other users in the account. There must be at least one active owner for an account at all times.
  2. Manager: Can perform all actions and view all activity on the LevelPlay platform, unless otherwise defined by the account owner.
  3. User: Can view all pages but can't perform any actions. A user can't create account users or manage privileges.
  4. Guest: Can view only the Setup section and use the device testing module. A guest can't view reports or finance data.
