Set up notifications for Diagnostics events

Configure your notifications settings to receive email and push notifications about Diagnostics events.

You can set up email and push notifications for Diagnostics events that occur in your Unity organization, such as crash reports. Notifications are available for the following Diagnostics events:
  • New Problem: This event occurs when a crash problem appears for the first time.
  • New Problem Version: This event occurs when a previously known crash appears on a different app version.
Push notifications for Diagnostics events are available through the following apps:
  • Slack
  • Discord
  • Microsoft Teams
Note
If you currently use Jira or Trello to receive reports about Diagnostics events, then set up a new app integration with one of the supported providers.
