Troubleshoot Unity Credits issues

Resolve issues that affect Unity AI tools because of unavailable credits.

Use this page to resolve issues related to unavailable Unity Credits or depleted credit balances. If Unity AI features stop working, your organization might have reached its available Unity Credits limit for the current billing cycle.

Symptoms

You might experience the following symptoms:
  • Unity AI requests fail to complete.
  • Assistant is unavailable.
  • Assistant pauses asset generation.
  • The Unity Dashboard shows no remaining credits.

Cause

These issues occur when your organization’s available Unity Credits balance has been fully consumed.

Resolution

To resolve these issues, check your Unity Credits balance and usage activity:
  1. Go to the Unity Dashboard.
  2. Select Unity AI.
  3. Open the Manage credits page to review your remaining Unity Credits balance.
  4. If no credits remain, wait for the next billing cycle or add more credits if available.
  5. Review the Usage page to identify recent credit consumption activity.
If credits are available but AI features remain unavailable, contact Unity Support.
