Complete your payout profile
Complete your payout profile on the Unity Ads Monetization Dashboard to configure payment details and submit tax forms to enable ad revenue payouts.

To receive earnings payouts with Unity Ads Monetization, you must complete a payout profile and set up two-factor authentication in the Unity Ads Monetization Dashboard. Refer to the following sections for step-by-step instructions.
Prerequisites
Before you set up your payout profile, complete the following prerequisite tasks:
- Add your app to the dashboard.
- Add your project to the dashboard.
Complete your payout profile in the dashboard
To complete your payout profile, do the following in the Unity Ads Monetization dashboard:

From the left navigation menu, go to Payments.

On the Payments page, go to the Payment info tab.

In the Payout section, select Set up payout profile.

Set up 2-step verification with your phone number. To make future changes to your payout profile, you need access to this phone number.

Enter your Address and Payment Method information. Ensure you meet the following requirements based on publisher location:

Name requirement
US publishers The Company name matches the name that you report to the IRS exactly. Otherwise, your EIN/SSN validation might fail.All publishers The Company name matches your company's official legal name. -
Fill out the appropriate tax forms for your organization. If you're unsure which tax forms you need to complete, select Take the Tax Form Questionnaire.
