User URI structure
Review the URI format for Vivox users.

A user URI uses the following format:
sip:.issuer.me.@mt1s.vivox.com.- - indicates a SIP session
sip - - the server issuer
issuer - - the name of the user account
me - - the Vivox server that the user is connecting to
@mt1s.vivox.com
